  • Absolutely not. There’s structured facilitation, strategy sessions, and intentional work time. You’ll have a tailored focus and a facilitated space that holds you accountable.

  • Yes. It’s all inclusive so you can focus on locking in and being present. Shared rooms and all meals, snacks and drinks will be provided.

  • There’s an optional 1:1 strategy call before or after the retreat, and a group Telegram chat for support for one week post-retreat. If you want deeper 1:1 or ongoing support, we can chat.

  • No. This is for any woman running a business who’s ready to reset and lead more intentionally. Whether you’re growing fast or recalibrating, you’ll be met where you're at.

  • These are small, intimate retreats. Capped at 6-9 women max, to ensure the space stays grounded and productive.
